The collection of high magnification photographs below is captured by British photographer Levon Biss, using his bespoke camera system that allows him to combine thousands of pictures into one image of mind-blowing detail. Each picture reveals minute features and textures that are normally invisible to the naked eye, providing us with an insight into the strange and often bizarre adaptations that have evolved over thousands of years.
