The author Victor Kulvinskas is considered to be the grandfather of the living foods movement, therefore his manual focuses on nutrition, and how a plant-based diet can be a key to preserving youthfulness. But he also includes chapters on other alternative healing modalities such as physiognomy, iridology, zone and color therapy, massage, medicinal herbs, acupressure, and yoga.
