Introducing you to Mooji is a matter of the heart for me. His radiance easily dissolves the haunted mind into laughter among his disciples. You can find his satsangs online and I recommend to sit him with for a few minutes. To me it’s a reliable source of peace and joy.
The video below touched me in particular because I discovered this trick myself. And it’s only then that a teaching has the power to move you deeply — when it’s resonating with your own experience or heartwired intuition. Several times in the past, in moments of high awareness and an open heart I put together the palms of my hands because it felt right. This gesture is like the closing of a circuit to retain the energy within. When you leave false identifications behind and you enter into a state of gratitude — for being here, for receiving and giving, this gesture came to me as the most natural way to stay with it. Try it! You will be surprised how powerful this little exercise is.
Satsang is the invitation to step into the fire of self-discovery. This fire will not burn you, it will burn only what you are not.
